Loco Moco

This uniquely Hawaiian ono dish is full of flavor and textures. A hamburger patty over rice, smothered in brown gravy, mushrooms, and grilled onions, and topped with a fried egg is truly a tasty treat for lunch, dinner, or late at night we can do this vegetarian style with a plant-based patty product if you like.
